Jamie SW of the Heathlander

Jamie SW is one of my favorite writters, he wrote a very wide range of ideas, opinions and analysis on human security in the world. In his article “Killing a Nation“, Jamie and Andrew  made some comments on Free West Papua Blog. I am flattered  and I do realise my crudeness in writing my opinions, but all based on information and research. For example, information on Richard Samuelson was from Exeter and I checked it twice. I am sorry if such information was not true, but none of readers correct it. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I am not joking with my writing, and I am really in the middle of conceptual conflict in Papua. I neither stand on Indonesian Military side nor the OPM (Freedom Papua Organozation) side. Please read my opinions and concept in full version, not taking one part and ignoring another part.

I welcome any critics with open heart and democratic mind, so hopefully it will strengthen all efforts to create a better Papua. I would like to ask all elements of Papuan elites to talk and think carefully in order to find the best solution for all. We all know that we don’t want to be the second Timor Leste, very poor and full of never ending conflict.

For many years I saw and read a ridiculous propaganda of freedom from OPM side and political repression from Indonesian Military. If we keep continue the conflict or even put more ammo and fire, then what will happen to our next generation.

To Jamie, thank for your critics.

West Papua View All

This Blog has gone through many obstacles and attacks from violent Free West Papua separatist supporters and ultra nationalist Indonesian since 2007. However, it has remained throughout a time devouring thoughts of how to bring peace to Papua and West Papua provinces of Indonesia.
