TRIBUN-PAPUA.COM, FAKFAK – Fakfak Regency in West Papua Province is a paradise for charming waterfalls with various unique features.

One of them is Ubadari Waterfall in Ubadari Village in Kramomongga District, Fakfak Regency, West Papua Province.

The travel time to get to the Ubadari Waterfall tourist attraction is about 1 hour by road using two-wheeled or four-wheeled vehicles, from the city center, namely Taman Satu Tungku Tiga Batu.

Ubadari Waterfall is one of the favorite tourist attractions for residents of Fakfak Regency, West Papua Province and its surroundings. This place is usually used as a natural bathing place.

This waterfall has a unique water flow because it flows following the rocks, which when viewed are similar to stairs.

The fresh water is covered with the feel of a tropical rain forest (rainforest), as well as the chirping of birds, making tourist visitors feel the sensation of returning to nature or “back to nature” when they are at Ubadari Waterfall.

Tourist activities that can be done by visitors are bathing, swimming, taking pictures at rock spots and camping together.

Around Ubadari Waterfall, the Nutmeg tree grows sporadically which is a typical plant or commodity for the residents of Fakfak Regency, West Papua Province.

After visitors swim or take a bath, they can pick nutmeg to eat it with pepper, or what the Fakfak people know as “baraci”.

The Ubadari Waterfall tourist attraction is also supported by facilities in the form of a gazebo to relax and also toilet cubicles.

Don’t worry too, because even though it is in the forest, the Ubadari Waterfall tourist attraction is one of the popular tours that is crowded with visitors, especially on weekends.

This waterfall is also still in the village area, so it is very suitable if tourists or visitors want to feel the sensation of bathing in Ubadari Waterfall with the hospitality of the people.

With very cold water, tourists will again be able to relieve fatigue, after activities in hot weather.

For that, if visitors or tourists want to find a place of relaxation in Fakfak Regency, West Papua Province, then this one tourist attraction is worth a visit.

Visitors who do not choose to swim or bathe, can sit and relax on the edge or on the rocks, while feeling the breeze, fresh air, calm atmosphere, and the sound of flowing water.

As for the entrance ticket, visitors are charged Rp. 5,000 per person. But with this cheap price, you can already enjoy the beauty and serenity that is presented by the Ubadari Waterfall tourist attraction. (*)
