Fake genocide campaign against West Papua Indonesia

Why West Papuan police killer, Benny Wenda continuously use fake genocide campaign and accuses “genocidal policies” by Indonesian government? The latest accusation is related to coronavirus pandemic in Papua and West Papua provinces of Indonesia.

Indonesian central government and Papua local government are cooperating closely to tackle the coronavirus pandemic in the region. Mr. Wenda who uses Papua issue for his personal benefit always manipulates every event in West Papua and Papua provinces from his perspective. Blaming, accusing, provoking, lying, manipulating, are just a few of his style of propaganda. Not once he recognised the success stories of Papua and West Papua development and democracy.

Western part of New Guinea comprises the two provinces Papua and West Papua . They been administered by Indonesia since 1963 and were internationally recognized as province of Indonesia in 1969.

The inclusion followed a UN referendum as part of decolonization process where West Papuans were freely decided to join Indonesia. This historic moment is known as the Act of Free Choice. Almost 100% government in the world recognized this process. However, Mr. Wenda who advocate violent rebellion creates so many fake stories to support his ambition.

Mr Wenda, who chairs Free West Papua Campaign and then take over the United Liberation Movement for West Papua is currently the only separatist who can collect a lot of money from donation. His leadership will definitely crumble when the world realize his real intention to secure the donation for his company. The Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) company that sucks money from Free West Papua Campaign is not owned by Mr. Wenda. He cleverly put his wife Maria Haluk a.k.a Maria Wenda as LLP designated member.
